CMM is one of the leading industrial developers in Goa and has established a built-to-suit infrastructure division - with a mission to develop world class infrastructure facilities to clients. The company works closely with multinationals for developing facilities that meet the need of a fast modernizing country.

In 2009, the company developed a world class call center facility in close co-operation with a U.S. multinational client in Goa. The facility has the capacity to seat 650 associates per shift and is currently running on a multi-shift basis employing around 700 people. This is the first IT/ITES facility of its kind in Goa and is considered to be the best facility in which the client operates across the country.

This division is presently working with a number of multinational and Indian corporates to develop build-to-suit infrastructure to meet their business needs and also works closely with them on an ongoing basis to ensure that operations run in accordance with growth expectations.
