CMM MEMORIAL TRUST HOSPITAL

Elvina Menezes, the wife of the founder Cosme Matias Menezes started a hospital in the 1960’s to support the health and wellness of the local community, especially the underprivileged. The CMM Memorial Trust Hospital was set up with a capacity of around 60 beds, with a number of free beds to support this philanthropic cause. It has some of the best doctors in attendance providing quality healthcare to all its patients.

DAVID MENEZES NATIONAL VIOLIN COMPETITION

The other dimension of the founder’s personality – Music – gets its share of attention, with scholarships given to young musicians and music recitals by well-known international and local artists sponsored throughout the year. In addition, the group sponsors a national violin competition every 2 years in the name of David Menezes, the son of the late founder Cosme Matias Menezes.
